
Four trainers got together and brainstormed about a training protocol that would utilize our combined years of experience with the innovative and scientific methodologies that we were employing, researching and our clients wanted more of! Camp360 Challenge was developed as a 6 week program to provide a benchmark for your fitness level. You will be evaluated, coached and set up on a customized program of classes based on your schedule and fitness goals. Our unlimited classes can be used as your primary workouts or combined together they can be individually added into your current program. Key elements you will be challenging are: movement, strength and balance.
